Rhema Bible Institute is an educational outreach of H Lee Clay Ministries.

It is an institute of advanced Bible instruction to those in Christ that desire a higher level of understanding of the Word of God and Christian Theology, but are not yet prepared or are simply not desiring to attend Bible College or seminary.

Our primary mission is to enlighten, empower and encourage Christian Believers who want to grow stronger in their understanding of the Word of God and their faith-walk with the Lord of Glory.

This program is a Christ-centered and Bible-based program of study that will help to develop well rounded people that will make a difference in the world for the Lord Jesus Christ.
